Packaging

My long time YouTube viewers know I understand the importance of a luxurious unboxing experience as well as the necessity of properly storing our beloved items for longevity and safe keeping.

Bearing that in mind, I package each of your bead strands in its own beautiful, sturdy, magnetic box to keep it safe during shipping and storage and to provide a lovely presentation for you or your loved one. Each strand also includes a drawstring pouch to help prevent nicks and scratches, whether in your jewelry box or accompanying you on travel.

Bag charm clasp sets are packed in their own drawstring bag for storage and protection.

Shipping

Orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a $10 flat fee.

I ship only to addresses in the continental United States.

All orders ship from Oregon, USA via UPS ground. In the rare case that UPS is not available to your address, I will ship via USPS.

If you need expedited shipping, email me at hello@autumnbeckman.com for a quote before placing your order. Include your address, the date by which you need to receive the package, and what you intend to purchase so I can calculate the box size and weight.

Once I have packed your order, I will send the tracking number to the email you provided.

Returns

Thank you for choosing to support my small business. Every order means so much to me and I personally handle every step of the process, from design to creation to packing and shipping. To keep things running smoothly I ask for your understanding regarding returns.

As a one-person operation, returns have a much larger impact on my business than they would with a large retailer. Processing a return involves significant time (and therefore cost) to me which affects my ability to work on other areas of my business.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a legitimate issue such as receiving the wrong item, I’m here to help but please do not request a return for reasons such changing your mind.

To request a return, email me at hello@autumnbeckman.com within 7 days of the date of delivery. I do NOT offer extended return periods for holidays.

If I approve the return, you will need to ship the items back to me at your expense and email me with the tracking number.

Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped and must include any gift boxes or drawstring pouches included with your order.

I will issue refunds (minus $10 shipping charge) after I receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive an email once the refund has been issued.

Repairs

I stand by the quality of my handmade jewelry and hope you won’t need repairs on your bead strands but if you do I offer complimentary repairs when possible.

I will do my best to repair your item with the exact beads and metal components used however, due to the nature of handmade items and natural materials, these are not always available. In those cases I can try to find similar materials and will ask for your approval before doing repairs. Unfortunately, in some cases a repair will not be possible.

Email me at hello@autumnbeckman.com to request a repair. Include a photo of the item and let me know why a repair is needed.

Once I have approved your repair, you will need to ship all pieces from your bead strand back to me at your expense and provide me with a tracking number. If a repair is possible, I will make the repair and ship the item back to you for free.

The following are examples of normal wear and tear. These are NOT eligible for complimentary repair but may be eligible for repair with a fee.

- Plating wear to metal components
- Discoloration or color transfer to beads
